77th UNGA: Libya working towards democratic transformation, Presidential Council chairman

New York, US (PANA) - The Chairman of the Libyan Presidential Council,  Mohamed Al-Manfi, has told the 77th session of the UN General Assembly that his country has moved through a decade of “pain and hope”, as it moves towards building a State of institutions and establishing principles of democracy
