650 new migrants arrested at sea sent back to Libya by coastal guards

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - More than 650 illegal migrants were rescued Sunday at sea and brought back to the Libyan capital by coastal guards, the UN High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) said here Monday
