2026 FIFA WC Qualifiers: Chad hold Ghana 1-1 in Group I match

Cairo, Egypt (PANA) - Chad on Thursday held Ghana to a1-1 draw in their Group I African qualifying match for the 2026 World Cup played in Chad.

The result is a blow to Ghana's run in the group although they still lead with 16 points from seven matches. Chad remain at the bottom with one point, also from seven matches.

Comoros have 12 points, Madagascar 10, Mali 9 and Central African Republic 5, all from 6 matches.
