2019 AFCON: Algeria to charter 28 planes to transport 4,800 fans for final match

Algiers, Algeria (PANA) - Algeria is to mobilise 28 planes to transport 4,800 fans to Egypt on Thursday evening to support the Algerian national team, which play the final of the African Cup of Nations (AFCON 2019) on Friday against Senegal at the Cairo International stadium.

The decision was taken at an inter-ministerial council meeting chaired by Algerian Prime Minister Noureddine Bedoui and focused on preparations for the AFCON 2019 final, according to a statement.

The Algerian Prime Minister took the opportunity to congratulate the national team, following its qualification for the final of the competition which has been played in Egypt since June 21.
