2018 AFCON: Morocco, Cote d'Ivoire win final Group D matches to reach Round of 16

Cairo, Egypt (PANA)  -  Cote d'Ivoire crushed Namibia 4-1 in their final Group Group D match played at the 30 June Stadium in Cairo to move into the Round of 16 of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament in Egypt to join Morocco who pipped South Africa 1-0 to claim all 9 points at the Group stage.

Now, South Africa, who ended with 3 points, will have to wait to see whether they will get one of the best third-placed tickets for the Round of 16.

Morocco topped the group with 9 points followed by Cote d'Ivoire with 6 points, South Africa have 3 points and Namibia have nil,
