2015 FIFA WWC: Cote d'Ivoire loses 3rd straight match, eliminated

Moncton, Canada (PANA) - Cote d'Ivoire Monday exited the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup in Canada, after earning its third straight loss -- a 3-1 loss to Norway.

The result meant that the Ivorians ended their Group B without a point, having earlier lost 10-0 to Germany and 3-2 to Thailand.

Germany won the group with seven points, the same as the second-placed Norway.

With three points and in third place, Thailand is in the race for one of the best third-place finishers in the groups.
