'Doing nothing to mitigate against climate related shocks could be devastating in Africa'

New York, USA (PANA) - The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) president, Francesco Rocca, says that if African countries do nothing against adverse climatic changes the impact could be “devastating”
