5th ECOWAS legislature opens in Niamey

Niamey, Niger (PANA) - The fifth legislature of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Parliament opened on Monday at the Mahatma Gandhi International Conference Centre in Niamey under the chairmanship of Nigerien President Mahamadou Issoufou
