INAMET warns of bad weather in 7 Angolan provinces

Luanda, Angola (PANA) - In its weather forecast for the next 24 hours, the Angolan National Institute of Meteorology and Geophysics (INAMET) has predicted bad weather in seven provinces of the country, with pouring rain, measuring between 20mm and 50mm, and thunder.

According to INAMET's latest weather forecast bulletin, the provinces are those of Cabinda,
Zaire, Uíge, Bengo, Luanda, Kwanza Norte and  Malanje (north), where there will be rains with strong winds moving at 40 to 60 kilometres per hour.

It said that the weather condition will be influenced by low pressures associated with a mass of hot tropical air.

INAMET recommends precaution and security to avoid incidents, especially for families living in risky areas like mountains and rivers.
