Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The President of the Court of Audit of Libya, Khaled Chakchak, on Monday took part in the meeting of the Council of External Auditors of the African Union.
It discussed the overall strategic plan for examining the consolidated financial statements of the African Union and its affiliated bodies presented by the Union's Audit Operations Committee.
The meeting was organized by the Council of External Auditors of the African Union, which includes members of the Bureau, eleven supreme audit institutions, via Zoom technology, according to a press release issued by the Court of Audit in Libya.
During the meeting, the overall strategic plan was approved, in addition to the adoption of the internal organization regulations for the work of the Board and the Audit Committee, as well as the discussion of a number of other points regulating the work of the Board.
