    		 Services Presented by GOIEF (General Organisation for Exhibitions and Fairs) to Exhibitors:

  • Implementing the system of central reservation to facilitate the contracting procedures in short time
  		• Planning the fair ground, distributing it over the participants and following up the implementations of the pavilions as well as providing them with the needed information
  		• Providing the exhibitors with the needed services, for example (electricity, water, communications, plants, decorations, transportation, storage places, customs rules, selling system etc…)
  		• Special customs place and clearance and transportation offices at the fair ground
  		• Business Center which presents free services, international communication center, media center, information center and operation room (working 24 hours).
  		• Offices for specified centers like (Egyption Export Promotion Center, Bank of Promotion of exports and other foreign trade authorities).
  		• An efficient information system on the internet
  		• Center of regional traiding to train the exporters in the fair ground
  		• Issuing a catalogue which includes the exhibitors names
  		• Organizing and holding media campaigns, forums and conference during the period of holding the exhibition
  		• Inviting businessmen, officials and specialists to visit the exhibition
  		• Meeting the public characters of foreign delegations
