World Bank mission arrives Guinea Bissau

Bissau- Guinea Bissau (PANA) -- A World Bank delegation led by vice president Gobin Nankani arrived here Monday for talks with Guinea Bissau authorities on the bank's possible intervention in the troubled West African nation.
"We are going to define concrete interventions by the World Bank, especially in the private sector, as well as the health and infrastructure sectors," Nankani said shortly after arrival in the country.
Guinea Bissau faces serious economic and financial crisis occasioned by politico-military upheavals in the country over the years.
