Ugandan envoy hails Kadhafi's role in CEN-SAD

Tripoli- Libya (PANA) -- Ugandan ambassador to Libya, William Ankoudisana Hakiz has praised Libyan leader Colonel Moammar Kadhafi for his role in strengthening the Community of Sahelo-Saharan States (CEN-SAD), noting that the organisation had become distinguished on the regional and global scenes.
The Ugandan diplomat, who was speaking Wednesday after meeting with CEN- SAD secretary general, Mohamed Al-Madani Al-Azhari, at the organisations headquarters here, also hailed the efficient cooperation of the various Libyan popular institutions as well as the support received during his tour of duty.
Hakiz is at the end of his mission as Uganda's envoy to Libya, with accreditation to CEN-SAD.
