US gov't commends Burundi's efforts to combat human trafficking

Bujumbura, Burundi (PANA) - "For the first time in the last six years, the Burundian government has made significant efforts in the fight against human trafficking, including an increase in investigations and prosecutions, convictions of alleged perpetrators and care for victims," the Embassy of the United States of America in Bujumbura said on Sunday
