President of Libya’s Presidential Council invited to India–Africa Summit

Tripoli, Libya (PANA)  - The President of the Libyan Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Menfi, has received an official invitation from the Prime Minister of the Republic of India, Narendra Modi, to participate in the fourth India-Africa Forum Summit to be held in New Delhi at the end of May
