Nigeria: Nigeria gets new Aviation Minister

Lagos, Nigeria (PANA) - Nigeria's President Goodluck Jonathan has appointed Mr. Osita Chidoka as the country's Minister of Aviation, replacing Stella Oduah who was fired in February over allegations of financial mismanagement.

Chidoka was sworn in Wednesday before the weekly cabinet meeting in the capital city of Abuja, along with another newly-appointed Minister, Abubakar Olanrewaju (National Planning Minister).

Until his appointment, Chidoka was the head of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC).
