NOC considers declaring state of force majeure in the Gulf of Sirte region

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Libyan National Oil Company (NOC), Mustapha Sanalla, said here Monday the company was "considering the announcement of a state of force majeure in the next 72 hours in the Gulf of Sirte region, unless production and shipment resumed at the oil ports
