Mali to launch measles, polio immunization drive December

Bamako- Mali (PANA) -- The Malian government plans to launch an immunization campaign against measles and polyomyelitis 13-19 December, an official source said here Friday.
Mali's technical and financial partners Thursday handed over to the Malian Health Minister, Oumar Touré, the medical equipment to be used for the campaign .
They include vaccines, vitamin A capsules and syringe boxes, said to be worth FCFA 6 billion.
The Minister also took delivery of treated mosquito nets to control malaria.
