Libyan association organises immunisation campaign in Chad

Tripoli- Libya (PANA) -- A caravan of medical aid from a Libyan charity, Aïcha (named after Colonel Mouammar Kadhafi's daughter) is in N'djamena for an immunisation campaign in the Chadian capital and its environs, press accounts indicated back here Wednesday.
The caravan, which includes several administrative, medical and social workers, goes afield Wednesday.
Since their arrival earlier Tuesday, members of the caravan have held several meetings with Health ministry officials to plan the coverage.
The campaign would include vaccination against measles, meningitis and rickets.
It would also involve the distribution of drugs and oral rehydration salts.
