Leaders of Libya's rival legislative chambers begin meetings to agree constitutional basis for elections

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The Meetings between the heads of Libya's two rival legislative chambers - Speaker of Parliament, Aguila Saleh, and the chairman of the High State Council, Khaled al-Mechri, started on Tuesday at the United Nations Palace in Geneva aimed at finalising an agreement on a legal framework for elections in the country
