Kenya's highest ranking military officer, eight others killed in chopper crash

Nairobi, Kenya (PANA) - Kenya's topmost ranking officer, the Chief of Defense Forces General Francis Ogolla, and eight others were killed on Thursday, shortly after their helicopter took-off from Cheptulel, Elgeyo Marakwet, West Pokot County, in the western region of Kenya, government officials said
