Tripoli- Libya, (PANA) -- Libyan leader, Col.
Moammar Kadhafi Thursday called on the Community of Sahelian-Saharan States (CEN- SAD) to encourage and ensure large-scale investments in industries, agriculture, animal husbandry and fisheries in the subregion.
He also reminded the opening ceremony of the eighth summit of CEN-SAD summit that political leaders should achieve peace and stability, deal with community issues that are tribal, linguistic, religious and cultural to enable every member of society to enjoy peace and freedom.
He said dealings could surely establish legality among people to eradicate problems.
Kadhafi warned that enemies of Africa were keen to take advantage of negative developments such as marginalisation, racism, ethnicity and conflicts in the continent to escalate the spiral of violence.
