Kadhafi confident of Africa's federal government

Accra- Ghana (PANA) - – Libya's Col.
Moammar Kadhafi Monday here said he was confident of the African union project, adding that such a historical achievement requires concerted effort and preparation before it can become a reality.
Speaking to a group of journalists at the end of the first session of the 9th summit of the heads of state and government of the African Union (AU) at the Ghanaian capital, the Libyan leader said African leaders have listened to the cravings of the African masses for a unity government.
He said all the African leaders were committed to the achievement of unity and the creation of a federal African government, stressing that the Africa masses had already voiced their opinion on the issue, and that it was now up to the African leaders to make it a reality.
