Kabbah off to AU Summit in Banjul

Freetown- Sierra Leone (PANA) -- Sierra Leonean President Ahmad Tejan Kabbah left here Friday with an eight-member delegation for the African Union (AU) summit opening in Banjul, the Gambia Saturday.
Kabbah is the chairman of the AU Committee of 10 on the UN Reforms.
He will discuss with his colleagues, Africa's position on the proposed UN reforms and the continent's concern for increasing the authority of the General Assembly, and also the Bretton Woods institutions - the IMF and World Bank - whose decisions impact on Africa.
