Mathare United defender Philip Opiyo was runner-up during the ceremony Wednesday, and took home 1,500 dollars.
Alan Ogal, a youngster whose exploits in this year's national Under-17 tournament impressed the selectors, won the junior award.
The winners will receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Austria, where they will undergo a month's trial with Austrian first division side, Casino Salzburg.
