Japan honours leading South African medical researchers

Cape Town, South Africa (PANA) – The Japanese government has confirmed that it will award the prestigious fourth Hideyo Noguchi Africa Prize to South African professor Salim Abdool Karim and his wife Quarraisha for their rigorous work on HIV and COVID-19
