Governor satisfied with security situation in Bengo

Caxito- Angola (PANA) -- The Governor of Angola's northern Bengo Province, Isalino Mendes, said the security situation in the area has now improved.
National news agency (ANGOP) quoted him as saying that the situation, especially in Nambuangongo, where UNITA rebels had seized several villages in September, "is far better than 30 days ago".
Insecurity in the area has displaced some 35,000 people now camped in the Porto Quipiri Commune, the governor added.
