Germany overwhelm Saudi Arabia 4-0 after first half

Sapporo- Japan (PANA) -- With their 2002 World Cup match in Sapporo, Japan currently into the second half, Germany is leading Saudi Arabia 4-0.
The first three goals in the 20th, 25th and 40th minutes were headers from Miroslav Klose for the first two, and Micheal Ballack for the third.
The Germans went one more up just before the close of the first half with point blank shot from Carsten Jancker that slipped in between the legs of the Saudi goal keeper.
This is the second Group E match of the day, after Cameroon and Ireland earlier tied 1-1 in Niigata, Japan.
