Gambian President leaves for Rwanda

Banjul, Gambia (PANA) – Gambian President Adama Barrow on Tuesday left Banjul for Kigali, Rwanda, to attend the extraordinary session of the African Union.

According to Amie Bojang Cissoho, the Director of Press and Head of Public Relations at the Office of the President in Banjul, President Barrow will take part in the AU session on the African Continental Free Trade Area.  

This is the first time that AU member states have come to such an agreement to strengthen African integration through trade.
