Funding shortfall forces UNHCR to cut vital programmes in DRC

Geneva, Switzerland (PANA) - Due to insufficient funding, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) is unable to adequately respond to the rising humanitarian needs of refugees and internally displaced people in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC)
