Francophonie boss on tour of Central Africa

Paris- France (PANA) -- International Organisation of the Francophonie (OIF) Secretary general Abdou Diouf on Thursday began a 10-day tour of Central Africa.
The Senegalese national will visit Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Sao Tome and Principe, Chad and the Central African Republic, official sources said.
In Gabon, Diouf will take part in the heads of state summit of the Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC) and meet with top Gabonese officials before attending the signing of an accord creating the Franville Doctorate School.
In his last leg in the CAR, the OIF boss will hold talks with President François Bozize and his deputy as well as representatives of the international community, political parties and the civil society.
