ECOWAS warns against impostors

Bamako- Mali (PANA) -- The Executive Secretary of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), Lansana Kouyate, Thursday advised entrepreneurs in the sub-region to beware of "unscrupulous persons," who claim to be agents of the Community.
Media reports in Bamako quoted him as having urged that such charlatans be reported to competent law enforcement agents for necessary action.
The 15-member Nigeria-based ECOWAS was set up in 1975 to foster economic integration in West Africa.
