Paris- France (PANA) – Djibouti ambassador to Fran-ce, Rachad Farah, has expressed his co8untry's "total support" for the re- election of Abdou Diouf as Secretary General of the International Francophone Organisation (OIF).
The OIF will hold election for the secretary general post during its summit scheduled for 28-29 September in Bucharest, Romania.

We wish that he runs for the position again and that he is re-elected during the Bucharest summit," Farah told PANA here Thursday.
"He displayed the militant solidarity of Francophonie by coming on the spot in Djibouti last May.
We wish that the prospects defined between OIF and Djibouti are pursued under his enlightened leadership," the envoy added, assuring that several other states support the re-election of the incumbent OIF Secretary General.
France also said Tuesday that it would support the former Senegalese head of state, considering that "OIF has carried out under his leadership more visible political action".
"The year 2006 is also.
