Cote d'Ivoire remains Africa's top-ranked African football team

Lagos, Nigeria (PANA) - Cote d'Ivoire, Ghana and Algeria maintained their 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively in Africa in the month of June, according to the latest monthly rankings released by world soccer's governing body, FIFA.

However, Libya moved up from 7th to 4th place in the current rankings, replacing Mali which fell to 5th place.

African champion Zambia however dropped from 5th to 6th place.
