Cote d'Ivoire presents investment opportunities to Belgian economic mission

Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire (PANA) - The Ivorian ministers of Agriculture and Durable Development, and Industry and Mines on Monday presented investment opportunities offered by the country to a Belgian economic mission led by Queen Astrid.

During a sectoral forum held in the Ivorian economic capital, Abidjan, the Ivorian agricultural opportunities and natural resources were presented to the Belgian delegation which is made up of 200 people from 134 private operators.

The Ivorian minister of Agriculture and Durable Development, Mamadou Sangafowa Coulibaly, and his colleague Minister of Industry and Mines, Jean-Claude Brou, said the West African country offered opportunities in the domains of agriculture and agro-industry to process raw materials.

The advantages of the investment code and tax reliefs were presented to the Belgians.
