Cote d'Ivoire lands BADEA loan

Abidjan- Côte d'Ivoire (PANA) -- The Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) and the Ivorian government have signed a loan agreement to the tune of 5.
3 billion CFA francs for two road projects.
One of the roads is to link Taabo and Toumodi, 198 km north of Abidjan, while the other is to link Singrobo and the political capital, Yamoussoukro, 243 km north of Abidjan.
The loan is repayable over 20 years at an interest rate of 2 percent, with a 6-year period of grace.
