Côte d'Ivoire: Ivorian team named for AFCON 2017 qualifier against Sierra Leone

Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire (PANA) – Ivorian national football team's coach, Michel Dussuyer, on Thursday announced a list of 23 players selected to take on Sierra Leone on 3 September in Boauké, as part of the sixth and last day of qualifiers for the African Cup of Nations (AFCON 2017) to be hosted by Gabon.

Following are selected players:

- Goalkeepers: Sylvain Gbohouo (TP Mazembe, DR Congo), Sangaré Badra Ali (AS Tanda), Sayouba Mandé (Staebaek, Norway)

- Defenders: Eric-Bertrand Bailly (Manchester United, England), Serge Aurier (PSG, France), Simon Deli (Slavia Prague, Czeck Republic), Diarrassouba Ousmane Viera (Adanaspor, Turkey), Marc Goua Mahan (ASEC), Wilfried Kanon (Ado La Haye, Netherlands), Lamine Koné (Sunderland, England), Adama Traoré ( FC Bâle, Switzerland)

- Midfielders: Victorien Angban (Grenade CF, Spain), Diomandé Ismaël (SM Caen, France), Doukouré Cheick (FC Metz, France), Franck Kessié (Atlanta Bergame, Italy), Jean Michaël Seri (OGC Nice, France), Serge Yao Nguessan (AS Nancy Lorraine, France)
