"It is now official that the 11th All-Africa Games in Brazzaville will take place in the course of the first half of September 2015. This was for us to free the African Games from international constraints related to the various competitions taking place in the world to make sure that the maximum number of high-level African athletes will come to Congo," said Mr. Opimbat at a technical meeting of the organizers.
According to the minister, the experts who attended the meeting of the Technical Committee are satisfied with the progress made in the construction of facilities.
