Algerian minister upbeat about Arab summit

Algiers- Algeria (PANA) -- Algerian foreign affairs minister, Abdelaziz Belkhadem, on Tuesday predicted that the Arab summit scheduled 22-23 March in Algiers would be "exceptional" in terms of participation and agenda.
Speaking during the Forum of the daily newspaper "El Youm", Belkhadem indicated that the upcoming Arab summit would be "exceptional" due to the presence of 12 presidents, three kings, one emir, and two crown princes, as well as many guests.
He added that the summit would debate on an "exceptional" agenda including the introduction of the amendment of the Arab League Charter, which has remained the same over the years.
