Al-Mangouch calls for security and military sector reforms in Africa

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The Libyan Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Najla Al-Mangouch, affirmed Tuesday that "the strengthening of Africa's sovereignty stems from the implementation of comprehensive and wide-ranging reforms in the security and military sectors"
