Abdoulaye Bathily denounces "stubborn" desire of Libyan players to relegate elections to Greek Calendes

Tripoli, Libya (PANA) - The UN Secretary-General's Special Representative in Libya, Abdoulaye Bathily, has stated that there is a deliberate refusal by the Libyan parties to hold elections "seriously", with a "stubborn desire to postpone the elections indefinitely"
