2014 FIFA Qualifier: Ghana wallops Lesotho 7-0

Kumasi, Ghana (PANA) - Ghana on Friday thrashed Lesotho 7-0 in their 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifing match played at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.

Ghana led 3-0 at at halftime through Sulley Muntari (19th), Dominic Adiyiah (25th) and Jordan Ayew (45th) with Adiyiah adding his second in the 50th minute when the floodlights went off nine minutes inside the half,

Play resumed after more than one hour when the floodlights were restored and Ghana scored three more goals through Christian Atsu (85th), Jordan Ayew (88th) and Jerry Akaminko (90th).
