2020-21 CAF Champions League: CAF approves 5,000 fans to watch semi-final matches

Cairo, Egypt (PANA) - CAF has approved the attendance of 5,000 fans for the matches, Esperance (Tunisia) v Al Ahly (Egypt), and Wydad (Morocco) v Kaizer Chiefs (South Africa), in the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League Semifinal first leg, scheduled for Saturday, 19 June, 2021.

Esperance face Al Ahly at Stade Olympique De Rades, Tunis, while Wydad entertain Kaizer Chiefs at the Complexe Mohamed V Stadium, Casablanca.

CAF said the number was pegged after receiving an application from the host member and approvals from governmental and health authorities in Tunisia and Morocco.

CAF has stressed that all medical precautions should be followed at all times in respect of the Covid-19 health protocols.
